Our facility includes extrusion machines, cutting machines, slitting machines, recycling machines and a standby generator which enables us to achieve a 24 hour production cycle. Our production team consists of hardworking and top notch operators with years of experience, all of whom have what it takes to effectively deliver the desired product output with minimum supervision.
We currently operate at a manufacturing capacity of 40tons/month. Our target is to steadily increase capacity to 300 tons/month within the next 5 years through different finance schemes.
We manufacture various sizes, thickness and designs of agricultural grow bags. They can be reused between 2-3 times depending on the weight of the soil it occupies and the thickness of the grow Bags ordered.
